Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accessing LCD menus to load the correct recipe on the retort oven.
• Loading/unloading trays into the retort oven.
• Scheduling workload for loading the retort ovens.
• Monitoring pressure (PSI), temperature (°F), and water flow (GPM) and adjusting as needed.
• Logging batch start/stop times, trays loaded, and count sheet for data entry.
• Verifying logs for accuracy and performing duties listed in SWES/training register.
