Responsibilities

• Accessing menus on a LCD screen to load the appropriate recipe on the retort oven.
• Loading/unloading trays of food into the retort oven.
• Scheduling workload in loading the retort ovens.
• Overseeing the cooking process by watching pressure, temperature, and water flow gauges.
