Job summary

WTW in the United States is seeking an Analyst in the Actuarial Delivery Group to contribute to retirement plan valuations, design, compliance, and risk and financial management for all types of retirement plans.

You will support projects involving defined benefit, defined contribution, and retiree medical plans, helping organizations align retirement programs with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with heavy quantitative emphasis in mathematics or statistics; minimum GPA 3.0.
  • Not pursuing actuarial exams for future progression.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Graduates of May 2026 to August 2027 with Bachelor's and Master's degrees are encouraged to apply.
  • Summer 2026 WTW internship completed.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to retirement plan valuations, design, compliance, and risk management within the ADG.
  • Support diverse projects for defined benefit, defined contribution, and retiree medical plans.
  • Assist in aligning retirement programs with client and company objectives.
