Job summary

WTW in Atlanta, GA, USA seeks a Global Actuarial Consultant to advise multinational clients on retirement and broader HR benefits globally. You will coordinate multi-country projects, liaising with headquarters and local offices, delivering client-ready work and contributing to new business.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring analysts, and developing tools, with a base salary of $100,000–$130,000 USD and eligibility for an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering actuarial valuation work and consulting to multinational organizations.
• Experience with global HR benefit programs or international issues.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work on time and within budget.
• Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; ASA designation or progress toward FSA preferred.
• Experience living/working overseas and foreign language skills preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants on large client engagements and lead smaller multi-country projects.
• Serve as primary daily contact to clients located in headquarters and overseas offices.
• Finalize and present deliverables and manage client expectations.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships and provide strategic consulting in global retirement plan accounting, valuation and design.
• Perform technical review of complex retirement valuations and other work products.
• Participate in special projects including mergers and acquisitions and global financing policies.
• Penetrate local and regional markets and identify cross-sell opportunities to meet revenue goals.
• Contribute to development of new tools and approaches and mentor analysts.
