Willis Towers Watson in Atlanta seeks a Global Actuarial Consultant to deliver multinational retirement and benefits consulting. You will lead multi-country projects, coordinate with client HQ and local teams, and manage deliverables and budgets while growing client relationships.
The role requires 7+ years of actuarial experience, ASA or equivalent, and strong leadership. Domestic/international experience is valued, with opportunities for global exposure and career growth.
Our Integrated and Global Solutions line of business helps multinational companies develop global/cross-border solutions that meet the needs of both local and headquarter management in the design, establishment, financing, operation, oversight and monitoring of their compensation and benefit programs around the world. In doing so, we work closely with our local offices in other geographies, as well as subject matter experts in other segments.
As a Global Actuarial Consultant you will provide consulting advice and services to multinational companies concerning retirement as well as broader HR benefits and compensation issues for their operations globally. You will coordinate and manage multi-country projects (including annual global actuarial coordination projects), working closely with client headquarters, local country client contacts and local WTW consultants. You will serve as the project manager and day to day communication liaison with our clients, be responsible for client deliverables, contribute to client management and new business activities, and participate in the creation of new intellectual capital.
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $100,000 to $130,000 USD per year.
The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
