Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a business analyst on large cross-functional projects.
- Experience writing BRs, user stories, use cases, and workflows.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop As-Is and To-Be platform flows
- Collaborate with business and tech teams to model processes
- Define attributes, data elements, services for middle office
- Elicit, analyze, and communicate business needs
- Document requirements and wireframes
- Create test plans and cases
- Facilitate issue resolution and retrospectives
- Provide vision and roadmap input for system development
- Learn middle office processes and system flows
