Charles Schwab is offering a 9-week Workplace Services – Retirement Plan Services internship in Austin/Westlake, TX (also supporting Omaha, NE and Richfield, OH). You will work on client‑focused initiatives through analysis, project tracking, and process improvements to drive meaningful outcomes.

You may develop analysis summaries, client‑ready presentations, project trackers, and documented recommendations to improve internal processes and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and develop recommendations from coursework or projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear summaries and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Support retirement plan services client initiatives through analysis and project tracking.
• Develop analysis summaries, client‑ready presentations, trackers, and documented recommendations.
• Assist with process improvements and business recommendations to improve internal processes and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with Schwab professionals across teams to translate business needs into structured deliverables.
