Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• In-depth understanding of Retirement Domain, including regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in .NET technology and its application to business systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specs for tech teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements in Retirement Domain.
• Lead workshops to capture requirements and align business goals with IT solutions.
• Create and maintain BRDs, use cases, and process flows.
• Work with developers to ensure solutions meet specifications.
• Support testing, including UAT, and train end-users.
• Stay current on retirement industry trends and .NET best practices.
