Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our systems effectively support our retirement services. This position is based in Austin, TX, and requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technology teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the Retirement Business Domain.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are designed and implemented according to specifications.
• Participate in testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate that solutions meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the systems effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices within the Retirement Business Domain and .Net technology.

Mandatory Skills
