Job summary

Empower LLC in Northern Kentucky is seeking applicants for a paid associate training program to launch a career in financial services within our call center. You will receive ongoing coaching to develop your role and career trajectory.

Responsibilities include providing excellent service for retirement accounts, educating customers without cold calls, and handling contributions, loans, and account changes. Remote/hybrid options may be available with equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required or at least 1 year of customer service experience, or 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week with potential Saturday shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent call center service for retirement accounts.
• Educate and empower customers without cold-calling or hard selling.
• Communicate critical plan updates and changes to customers.
• Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.
• Handle general account changes per customer directions.
