Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (any major; math/finance preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to retirement plan operations.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Work with Microsoft Excel and Word for reports, tracking, and documentation.
• Assist in drafting retirement plan documents and support onboarding activities.
• Process benefit distributions for terminated employees per plan rules.
• Review information for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
• Support team members with special projects as assigned.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts.
• Other duties as assigned.
