Qualifications

• Registered Representative with experience working defined contribution plans preferred.
• Securities registrations – Series 7, 65 & 66 preferred.
• Life & Health Insurance Licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for 403(b)/457 enrollment and participant education.
• Conduct one-on-one appointments and recommend investment strategies.
• Research client service issues and conduct retirement seminars.

Skills

Strong understanding of the defined contribution marketplace (403(b), 457, and 401(a))

Knowledge of rules/regulations around contribution limits

Territory management and business development

Relationship building

Fund knowledge and product/pricing knowledge
