Qualifications

• Experience working with 403(b), 457, and 401(a) plans is preferred.
• Desire to assist clients meet their financial and retirement goals.
• Ability to conduct retirement and investment seminars.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for 403(b)/457 enrollment and retirement strategies.
• Prospect, schedule, and conduct one-on-one appointments.
• Research client service issues and investment questions.

Skills

Strong understanding of the defined contribution marketplace

Knowledge of rules/regulations around contribution limits

Territory management and business development

Relationship building

Fund knowledge and product/pricing knowledge

Education

Registered Representative with experience in defined contribution plans

Securities registrations – Series 7, 65 & 66
