Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the defined contribution marketplace (403(b), 457, and 401(a))
• Knowledge of rules/regulations around contribution limits, loans, withdrawals, vesting, and plan documents
• Territory management and business development
• Relationship building
• Fund knowledge and product/pricing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Enroll 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies
• Educate participants and conduct retirement and investment seminars
• Prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments
• Research client service issues and investment questions
