Responsibilities include enrolling 403(b)/457, advising on retirement and investment strategies, and educating participants through seminars. Ideal candidates hold Series 6/63 (66 preferred), life/health licenses, and a track record of prospecting and full client service. Competitive base with commissions offered.

Qualifications

• Registered Representative with defined contribution plan experience.
• Securities registrations – Series 6 and 63 (7 & 66 preferred).
• Life & Health Insurance Licenses.
• Desire to assist clients meet their financial and retirement goals and to become a top producer in Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Enroll 403(b)/457 and provide retirement and investment education to participants.
• Develop retirement and investment strategies for plan sponsors and participants.
• Prospect, schedule, and conduct one-on-one appointments; build relationships with clients.
• Conduct retirement and investment seminars for plan sponsors and participants.
