You will focus on client acquisition, financial planning, 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies, and participant education. Qualified candidates should have securities licenses (Series 7, 65, 66), life and health licenses, and a track record in leading client relationships and business development.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the defined contribution marketplace (403(b), 457, and 401(a)).
• Knowledge of contribution limits, loans, withdrawals, vesting, and plan documents.
• Territory management and business development.
• Relationship building.
• Fund knowledge and product/pricing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and schedule one-on-one appointments.
• Recommend and implement investment strategies.
• Research client service issues and investment questions.
• Conduct retirement and investment seminars.
