You will provide high-quality service on inbound calls and written inquiries, supporting a wide range of plan needs while building your financial knowledge and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving others and willingness to learn about the financial services industry.
• Ability to complete the SIE exam and obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses within department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support 401(k) plan participants with dynamic and complex service needs.
• Assist clients with account and plan information.
• Help address regulatory and tax-related questions.
• Complete financial and clerical transactions.
• Provide high-quality service through inbound phone calls and written communication.
