Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Retirement Plan Services Representative to be the voice and advocate for clients, supporting institutional participant services with complex needs across 401(k) plans. You’ll handle account information, regulatory issues, and clerical transactions via calls and written correspondence, building financial acumen in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

The role offers a base salary with bilingual Spanish proficiency and a substantial potential bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills to engage with clients and our crew.
• Customer-facing and/or in-bound phone experience is preferred.
• A learner’s mentality and an appetite for financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with account and plan information, regulatory or tax-related issues, and financial transactions via inbound calls and written communication.
• Help clients with forms and general retirement plan questions.
• Build financial acumen and communicate effectively to clients and employers.
