You will help clients with account information, address questions, and complete transactions, delivering high-quality service across inbound calls and written channels.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving others and willingness to learn about the financial services industry.
• Ability to complete the SIE exam and obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses within department guidelines.

• Support 401(k) plan participants with dynamic and complex service needs.
• Assist clients with account and plan information.
