You will handle inbound calls and written inquiries, guide clients through account and plan information, and address regulatory and tax questions as part of a dynamic service team.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving others and willingness to learn about financial services.
• Ability to complete necessary licensing exams (SIE) and FINRA Series 6/63 within guidelines.
• Prior training and ongoing support provided by Vanguard.

Responsibilities

• Support 401(k) plan participants with service needs.
• Assist clients with account and plan information.
• Address regulatory and tax-related questions.
• Complete financial and clerical transactions.
• Provide high-quality service via inbound calls and written communication.
