Qualifications

• Two-year degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to retirement plan and benefit questions via phone or email in a polite, professional manner.
• Learn and understand industry content and applicable laws and regulations.
• Proficient with software applications used in the position and internal processes.
• Support internal departments and assist the team to meet company goals.
• Maintain ongoing compliance with policies, procedures and training requirements.
