• Customer Service experience required, or a degree in lieu of experience.
• Experience with retirement plans or benefits plans is a plus.

Mansioni

• Respond to retirement plan and benefit plan inquiries via phone or e-mail in a polite, professional manner.
• Provide assistance to internal departments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and BPAS policies and procedures.
• Assist in learning and passing the ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals Course, as applicable.
