Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a knowledgeable Retirement Plan Administrator Support specialist to provide day-to-day service for Plan Premier Third-Party Administrator (PPTPA) customers. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and the online portal, and liaise with sponsors and business partners to educate clients on web tools and admin features.

Strong knowledge of retirement plan design, regulations, and procedures is essential, as is familiarity with RPS operations and ASPPA credentials.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of administration of retirement plan design, terminology, regulations, and procedures.
• Knowledge of Retirement Plan Services (RPS) operations, capabilities, and product offerings.
• ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals Certificate.
• 401(k), 401(b) Retirement Plan Knowledge.
• Industry Credentials such as QKA, QKC are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day service and support for Plan Premier Third-Party Administrator (PPTPA) customers.
• Respond to inquiries via inbound phone calls, emails, and online portal
• Liaise with internal and external contacts including plan sponsors and business partners
• Educate clients on web tools and admin features
• Provide in-depth overview of system and product features as needed
