Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Specialist to provide sales and technical support for retirement plan clients in a dynamic environment. You will respond to plan analyses, guidance, proposals, and illustrations, collaborating with financial advisors and associates to recommend retirement solutions.

You must hold SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 registrations or equivalents, with a bachelor’s degree or related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must have Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 and Series 66 registrations (or equivalent).
• Strong communication across diverse populations and external clients.
• Team player with organized, fast-paced work style.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and technical support for retirement plan clients.
• Respond to retirement plan sales and service calls and emails, including plan analyses and proposals.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and internal associates to recommend retirement solutions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow retirement plan business with clients.
