Job summary
Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives across the Retirement Plan Sales market in the Atlanta and Alabama region. You will partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to service Capital Client Group representatives and drive business results.
You will deliver motivational presentations, use consultative skills to sell via financial intermediaries, and collaborate with senior sales teams to optimize Plan Sponsor and investor outcomes.
Qualifications
- Broad knowledge and proven track record of sales success in mutual funds and retirement plan sales.
- Ability to build long-term relationships.
- Excellent communicator with significant sales experience in the registered investment advisor space.
Responsibilities
- Lead retirement plan sales initiatives and coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers.
- Manage Capital Client Group presence and drive results with brokerage firm representatives.
- Deliver motivational and informative presentations to clients and intermediaries.
- Develop and nurture relationships with brokerage firms and RIA networks.
