Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to drive sales in the Retirement Plan Sales market across Atlanta & Alabama. You will identify needs, coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers, and present solutions to financial intermediaries to deliver strong business results.

You will leverage a consultative approach, build lasting relationships, and meet or exceed sales goals while representing Capital Group’s values and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Series 7, 63, 66 licenses or equivalent required.
• Proven sales success in mutual funds and retirement plans.
• Strong ability to present and influence across intermediary networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market.
• Coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to drive Capital Client Group presence.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations to broker dealers and advisors.
• Build long-term relationships with plan sponsors and investors to grow business.
