Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market in Chicago. You will identify the needs of firm representatives and coordinate efforts to serve those needs while partnering with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group presence.

You will deliver motivational and informative presentations, set goals, and apply a consultative skillset to sell through financial intermediaries, collaborating with senior sales team

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven track record of sales success in mutual funds and retirement plan sales.
• Ability to build long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in the registered investment advisor space.
• Ability to synthesize information and present it clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market and coordinate with firm reps to meet needs.
