Job summary

E.A. Buck Company in Denver, CO seeks a Retirement Plan Service Associate to support the Achieve Retirement team with coordination, documentation, and enrollment activities.

You will assist Relationship Managers, Participant Engagement Specialists, and Operations to keep projects moving, maintain accurate records, and deliver consistent service in a fast-growing financial services firm. The role is on-site in Denver and requires living in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of admin, operations, or financial services support experience preferred.
• Background checks, including fingerprinting and references, required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up items for meetings.
• Coordinate meeting scheduling, logistics, and maintain folders and recordings.
• Create and track operational workflows, document requests, and reports.
• Monitor project timelines and internal deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Process enrollment requests and help with paperwork and provider documents.
• Assist with participant mailings, communications, and plan-level projects.
• Support onboarding and client implementation activities; learn recordkeeper processes.
• Maintain confidential participant and plan information; escalate issues as needed.
