E.A. Buck Financial Services is seeking a Retirement Plan Service Associate for our Achieve Retirement team in Denver, CO.

The role focuses on operational, administrative, and project coordination support to help Relationship Managers, Participant Engagement Specialists, and Operations deliver organized service. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years in admin/ops/project coordination or financial services support preferred.
• Background check including fingerprinting and references required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, materials, minutes and follow-up items for Investment Committee Meetings and team meetings.
• Coordinate meeting scheduling and logistics; maintain folders, recordings and uploads.
• Create, maintain and track operational workflows, document requests, and reports.
• Monitor plan implementation projects and deadlines to support timely completion.
• Process new-hire retirement plan enrollment requests and coordinate paperwork with providers.
• Assist with participant mailings, communications and internal team requests.
• Support onboarding and client implementation activities and cross-functional backup work.
• Maintain confidential participant and plan information and escalate issues as needed.

E.A. Buck is a fast-growing financial services company with dual headquarters in Denver and Honolulu. We're seeking a Retirement Plan Service Associate to join our Achieve Retirement team! The Retirement Plan Service Associate provides operational, administrative, project coordination, and workflow support to our Retirement Services team, helping Relationship Managers, Participant Engagement Specialists, and Operations deliver organized, consistent service.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and interested in building a career in retirement plan services. Rather than serving as the primary manager of client relationships, this associate will be a key behind-the-scenes resource who helps coordinate meetings, maintain accurate records, support plan enrollment activities, and keep team projects moving forward.

Candidate will be based in Denver, CO. This position is a full-time position, working on-site at our Denver office.

NOTE: Only people who are currently living in Colorado will be considered for this role.

Salary / Benefits Package:

• Base Salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up items for Investment Committee Meetings (ICMs) and other team meetings.
• Coordinate meeting scheduling and logistics; maintain organized meeting folders, documentation, recordings, and uploads.
• Create, maintain, and track operational workflows, document requests, recordkeeper reports, and recurring administrative processes.
• Monitor retirement plan implementation projects, service activities, action items, and internal deadlines to support timely completion.
• Process new-hire retirement plan enrollment requests, coordinate applications and paperwork, submit documents to providers, and track completion.
• Assist with participant mailings, communications, plan-level administrative projects, and internal team requests.
• Support internal projects, eBook and scorecard initiatives, and implementation follow-up while communicating project status and outstanding items.
• Assist with onboarding and new client implementation activities; learn retirement plan operations and recordkeeper processes to provide cross-functional backup support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential participant and plan information, escalating outstanding items or process concerns as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in administration, operations, project coordination, financial services support, or a similar professional environment preferred.
