Responsibilities

• Execute daily department oversight to validate system processes and resolve exceptions.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support escalated issues and time-sensitive, complex processes.
• Liaise with other operations departments, RBC business units, and external customers.
• Provide backup during high-volume periods for phone or Salesforce cases.
• Participate in testing and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Ensure manuals are accurate and updated with policy changes.
