Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent with 7+ years in securities, banking, technology or related industry.
• 3+ years of people leadership or management experience.
• 3+ years of business process redesign, SQL Server development, VBA, MS Access, or risk/controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations analysts with coaching on technical skills and career growth.
• Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and give feedback to drive team success.
• Establish a collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on innovation and accountability.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of business managed technology solutions.
• Ensure quality standards, monitor processes, and align with regulatory requirements.
• Manage team workload, priorities, and resources to meet objectives.
• Partner with Operations leadership to assess priorities and resolve systemic challenges.
• Provide executive visibility on team performance, risks, and backlog.
