Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features.
• Present enrollment meetings and age-based financial education meetings.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist the Relationship Manager with targeted education campaigns.
• Meet with participants to educate regarding plan participation.
