The Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide guidance to plan sponsors and employees regarding retirement savings. This salary-paid role offers bonus potential and focuses on education and outreach to increase participation in retirement plans.

The ideal candidate will conduct presentations, deliver enrollment meetings, and assist in financial education planning. High school diploma/GED is required, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 preferred; appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC, or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve plan awareness.
• Deliver enrollment meetings and financial education sessions.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist in the annual plan review and education planning.
• Collaborate on targeted education campaigns.
• Meet with employees to educate them about plan participation.
• Travel may be required for new plan enrollments.
