The role emphasizes data analysis, Excel proficiency, and effective written and verbal communication. A strong emphasis on accuracy, regulatory knowledge, and timely service delivery is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2 years' experience or equivalent.
• ASPPA or other industry designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions and pension laws; communicate with clients, sponsors and advisors.
• Perform daily report monitoring and document pertinent client communication; provide project management support.
• Coordinate amendments and maintain recordkeeping items across plans with internal teams.
