Job summary

NNBT Bank is seeking a qualified professional to deliver client service for pension plan recordkeeping, administration, and servicing of an assigned book of business. The role aims to promote revenue growth, high productivity, and exceptional client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree with two years of experience (or equivalent) and may hold ASPPA or related designations. Proficiency in Word and Excel is expected, along with strong analytical and communication skills to

Qualifications

• Associate degree and two (2) years' experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASPPA or other industry designations (such as NIPA or CEBS) preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Proactively ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions and current pension laws and regulations. Discuss the compliance testing process/results and all required government filings. Ensure that all services are delivered within documented service standards through timely communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors, internal teams and day to day contacts.
• Daily report monitoring and management, document pertinent client communication and provide internal and external project management support.
• Effectively communicate with all technical and support teams to ensure that recordkeeping items are maintained for all assigned plans, including coordination of all plan amendments.
• Other duties as assigned.
