The role requires an associate degree with two years of experience and a working knowledge of Excel; ASPPA or CEBS designations are a plus. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and two years' experience, or equivalent combination.
• ASPPA or other industry designations preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications, Word and Excel.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Ability to interpret instructions and develop software skills via training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plans are administered in line with plan provisions and pension laws.
• Manage daily report monitoring and project support.
• Coordinate plan amendments with technical and support teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
