NBT Bank in New Hampshire is seeking a Pension/Recordkeeping Specialist to deliver client service for recordkeeping, administration and servicing of an assigned book of business, driving revenue growth and exceptional client satisfaction.

Requirements include an associate degree and two years of experience; ASPPA or similar designations preferred, with strong MS Office (Word/Excel) skills for reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and two years' experience required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Word & Excel) required.
• Ability to prepare routine reports, communicate with clients, and analyze financial data.
• Familiarity with research tools and applying current regulations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively ensure plan administration complies with plan provisions and pension laws; communicate with clients, sponsors, and teams.
• Daily report monitoring and project management support.
• Coordinate plan amendments and maintain recordkeeping items with technical and support teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
