Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in defined contribution plan customer service/client relationship.
• ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals course must be taken and passed within 12 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client inquiries.
