Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in defined contribution plan customer service/client relationship experience.
• ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals course must be taken and passed within 12 months of hire date.
• Ability to maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients.

• Provide day-to-day client support and ensure timely resolution of needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Track account activity and update CRM tools and documentation regularly.
