Alerus Financial is seeking an Account Manager to provide day-to-day client support, acting as the primary contact for plan-related questions and leveraging Salesforce to route inquiries across ARB. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate with sales, operations and support, and ensure timely resolution of open items while keeping CRM records up to date.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in a business related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience in defined contribution plan customer service/client relationship experience.
• ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals course must be taken and passed within 12 months of hire date.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, with a history of contributing to process enhancements or operations efficiency efforts.
• Ability to maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients.
• Ability to work independently and set priorities. Ability to interpret documents and resolve technical problems.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades
