Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with retirement plan clients. You will act as the primary contact for day-to-day record-keeping, resolve plan issues, and communicate service delivery expectations to clients.

You will discuss plan design with sponsors, assist with plan changes, and coordinate participant education sessions. The role emphasizes compliance monitoring, year-end requirements, and proactive client retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service environment is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll/recordkeeping systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for retirement plans and provide prompt customer service.
• Manage plan issues, ensuring delivery of high-quality service and client retention.
• Discuss plan design and enhancements with plan sponsors and assist with changes.
• Coordinate participant education workshops and CGT training with sponsors.
• Monitor compliance testing results and advise on improvement options.
• Assist with year-end requirements such as distributions, forfeitures, and audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
