Job summary

CAPTRUST in Boston is looking for a Retirement Plan Financial Advisor to enhance a $1 million+ institutional consulting practice. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of retirement clients while cultivating new relationships and providing fiduciary advice.

This role offers a salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 plus bonuses, depending on experience. Responsibilities include securing new revenue, delivering presentations, and conducting client reviews.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of direct selling experience in the financial services industry.
• Series 65 license or must obtain within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Secure at least $150,000 in new contracted revenue annually.
• Schedule and attend a minimum of three prospect meetings per week.
• Offer expert fiduciary advice to your client base.
