Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
At least 10 years of direct selling experience in the financial services industry.
Must possess Series 65 or obtain it within 90 days of start date.
Responsibilities
Cultivate new client relationships and secure annual contracted revenue.
Deliver engaging presentations to individuals and committees.
Schedule and attend a minimum of three prospect meetings per week.
Cross-sell CAPTRUST services to existing clients.
Build relationships with Centers of Influence and referral sources.
Provide expert fiduciary advice to clients.
Conduct quarterly portfolio and plan reviews.
Deliver educational programs to plan participants.
Be prepared to travel as needed.
