Job summary

Voya Financial Advisors, Inc. in the greater Little Rock area seeks a Financial Professional to manage plan sponsor relationships in tax-exempt markets and retail, focusing on 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies, and participant education.

You will prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments, recommend and implement investment strategies, and research client service issues. You may also conduct retirement and investment seminars.

Qualifications

• Registered representative with defined contribution experience preferred.
• Securities registrations – Series 7, 65 & 66 preferred.
• Life & Health Insurance Licenses are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage plan sponsor relationships in tax-exempt markets and retail.
• Conduct enrollment for 403(b)/457, retirement and investment strategies.
• Educate participants through seminars and individual meetings.
• Prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments; recommend investment strategies.
