• Support Compliance Consultants and Coordinators by completing administrative functions for their assigned group of clients (150-200 Plans)
• Compliance Testing and Review of Plan/Participant Limits
• Contribution Reconciliation
• Employer Contribution Calculations
• Preparation & Filing of Annual IRS Required Forms
• Prepare Formal Plan Documents & Amendments
• Assist in answering incoming calls (back-up queue)
• Review & Approve Participant Distribution & Loan Requests
