Qualifications

• Registered Representative with experience in defined contribution plans (403(b), 457, and 401(a) preferred).
• Securities registrations – Series 7, 65 & 66 preferred.
• Life & Health Insurance Licenses.
• Desire to help clients reach financial and retirement goals with a top-producer mindset.

Responsibilities

• Enroll plan participants in 403(b)/457 programs and discuss retirement options.
• Develop and present retirement and investment seminars to clients.
• Prospect, schedule, and conduct one-on-one appointments and follow up on inquiries.
• Research client service issues and provide investment recommendations.
• Manage relationships with plan sponsors and educate on product features.
