• Knowledge of rules/regulations around contribution limits, loans, withdrawals, vesting, and plan documents
• Territory management and business development
• Relationship building
• Fund knowledge and product/pricing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Enroll plan participants in retirement and investment strategies (403(b)/457)
• Conduct one-on-one appointments and retirement seminars
• Schedule meetings and research client service issues and investment questions
• Prospect new relationships with plan sponsors and maintain existing relationships
