You will acquire clients, deliver financial planning, and guide 403(b)/457/plan enrollment while educating participants through seminars and education sessions.

The role emphasizes relationship building, territory development, and completing registrations while leveraging a full suite of Voya products and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the defined contribution marketplace (403(b), 457, and 401(a)).
• Knowledge of rules around contribution limits, loans, withdrawals, vesting, and plan documents.
• Territory management and business development.
• Relationship building with clients and plan sponsors.
• Fund knowledge and pricing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and schedule meetings with individuals and plan sponsors.
• Provide financial planning and retirement/investment strategies.
• Educate participants through seminars and workshops.
• Enroll clients in 403(b)/457/plan options and manage ongoing relationships.
