Voya Financial Advisors, Inc. is seeking a Financial Professional to join our team in the greater Independence area to manage plan sponsor relationships and assist in retail wealth management for an existing book of business.
The role involves enrollment of 403(b)/457 plans, retirement and investment strategies, and participant education and seminars. Qualified candidates will have securities licenses and life/health licenses, with a drive to become a top producer in the financial services
Qualifications
- Registered Representative with defined contribution plans experience (403(b), 457, 401(a) preferred).
- Securities registrations – Series 7, 65 & 66 preferred.
- Life & Health Insurance Licenses required or preferred.
- Desire to help clients meet financial and retirement goals and become a top producer in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Manage plan sponsor relationships and assist in retail wealth management for an existing book of business.
- Oversee 403(b)/457 enrollment and retirement strategies.
- Conduct retirement and investment seminars.
- Prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments.
- Research client service issues and investment questions.
