Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7+ years of data, product analytics, or platform experience.
• Experience with retirement products, recordkeepers, or financial services platforms.
• Understanding of retirement data structures: plans, participants, contributions, rollovers.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Experience in a cross‑functional, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for retirement data across products, platforms, and workflows.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
• Define and document data requirements, definitions, and lineage.
• Deliver insights through analysis, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Partner across Technology, Operations, Finance, and Risk to drive data initiatives.
• Support vendor integrations and data flows related to recordkeepers and platform providers.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business and adviser needs.
